Architectural Treatment

In keeping with the "stone" theme of the Stonebridge development, masonry will be a focal point of the architectural character of all homes. Front elevation treatments will reflect architectural features that define entrance ways, and building components with strong detailing. Entrance treatments will require detailing to enhance the location of the entry. The use of a window and door surroundings and/or a combination of battens, trim boards, louvers and shutters will be features encouraged on homes.
