Architectural Guidelines

The intent of these guidelines is to direct proportions, architectural elements and materials that will enrich the quality and character of the community while providing the flexibility for the expression of individual preference and creativity.

Exterior Finishes

Permitted cladding materials include:
- machine applied or trowel finish stucco complimented with stucco detailing
- double 4/5” beveled or coved vinyl siding in horizontal application

Brick, stone or shale in stacked application having an area of not less than 100 square feet will be required on the front elevation of all homes. All masonry details must be returned 24" around corners.
Exposed parging is not to exceed 2’6” on all elevations.
